The complex we offer is located about 300 meters from the beach and the attractive Yacht port "Marina Dinevi".
The complex consists of five buildings, where 109 apartments are built.

According to the architectural style of the complex, it illustrate the typical traditional Bulgarian architecture from the Revival period, so called Revival architecture, which actually is a well known style among Dinevi’s complexes. Well landscaped green areas and an old authentic "Watermill" in the complex yard made of wood, simply makes the atmosphere of of teh complex alive.

The complex offers: two swimming pools, traditional bulgarian restaurant with 280 seats, shop, parking lot, kiddie playground.

The complex was officially opened in 2005.
