We offer for rent one-bedroom apartments in the residential complex "RIF"-2, located in the resort village of Ravda, 20 km from the city of Burgas and 2 km from the historical town-museum of Nessebar.

The complex "RIF" is located at a distance of only 250 meters from the sea, has a fenced area with green spaces, a swimming pool, a playground, a gazebo and parking spaces.

Close to the complex there is a supermarket, grocery and department stores, a pharmacy. The administrative center of Ravda is 2 minutes walk. There is a large chain supermarket within a kilometer.

A cozy one-bedroom apartment is located on the 1th floor, equipped with everything necessary for a stay of 4 people. There is air conditioning, TV with TV receiver, bed linen, towels; the kitchen has a washing machine, refrigerator, microwave oven, electric kettle, kitchen and dining utensils and cutlery. Balcony overlooking the complex and the pool. There is cable TV and wireless internet.

Note: Cleaning of apartments is not provided. The guests themselves decide this issue. The apartments are equipped with everything you need for cleaning.

A rollaway bed for a child or an adult can be provided for an additional fee.

The rental price, depending on the length of stay and season, is as follows:

from May 1 to May 31:

- 1 - 10 days-33 euros per night

- 11 - 20 days-30 euros per night

- 21 days or more, or 28 euros per night

from June 1 to June 30, from September 1 to September 30:

- 1 - 10 days-43 euros per night

- 11 - 20 days-40 euros per night

- 21 days or more, or 38 euros per night

from July 1 to August 31:

- 1 - 10 days-60 euros per night

- 11 - 20 days-55 euros per night

- 21 days or more, or 50 euros per night
