- 15 km form the town of Bourgas and the airport of Bourgas

The resort offers two outdoor pools, one of them with kids section. At your disposal are also a bar for refreshments, restaurant, lounges etc.

The resort is an exclusive group of luxury villages, which consists of apartments and villas with their own yards and pools. It is situated in a quiet area, with incredible panoramic views.

The complex consists of individual villas with gardens and pools. It is located 400 meters (or 10 minutes walk) from the centre of the resort. Its location at the foot of Stara Planina allows you to avoid the noise of the Black Sea resorts while still being close to them.

Villa “Violet” with built up area 146sq.m is two-storey, with 2 bedrooms, inside stairs, fireplace and spacious garden fenced with decorative fence.

Villa “Camelia” with built up area 179.20sq.m is two-storey, with 3 bedrooms, inside stairs, fireplace and spacious garden fenced with decorative fence.

Payment plans: in installments

2000 Euro- within a week after the reservation;

60 % -2 weeks after the Preliminary contract is signed;

The rest sum – in installments.

Annual maintenance fee of the properties and common parts of the complex:

Villa without a pool- 1580 E;

Villa with a pool- 1860 E;

The complex is finished and brought into use.

Aheloy is a small town and sea resort situated 15 km. north of Burgas and 6 km south of Sunny Beach and Nessabar on the motorway to Bourgas near the mouth of the Aheloy River.

Through the village is running a same name river Aheloy that in the busy season is preferable place for the fishing and barbeque fans. Here You have a good choice of nice restaurants and bars with traditional cuisine.

This is a place where the Bulgarian Tsar Simeon I in the year 917 destroyed the armies of the Byzantine emperor Lion Foka in the area called nowadays Kokalos because of the scattered bones of the killed soldiers. A vast firth with a sand strip parallels the distance from here to Pomorie and the long beach of excellent category is not yet built up. It borders the firth of Pomorie and the salt-mines by the town.

The resort by itself doesn’t have a very big beach area this is why the holiday-makers usually are using the beach of the camp site Aheloi which is very close to the village. But this small recreational center has its own yacht port.

Aheloi is a preferred resort mostly for tourists looking for romantic calm and nice place with clean water away from the big noisy centers.
